Terms of Trade

PAYMENT: Is due 14 days after the date of invoice. Overdue invoices will be referred to our debt collection agency upon discretion after 60 days.

Payment claims are made under the Construction Contracts Act 2002.

COLLECTION COSTS: Any costs, commissions or charges the may be incurred the collection of any overdue accounts will be added to and form part of this account and may be payable by the buyer or purchaser.

RETENTION OF TITLE: Title of the goods and/or services shall not pass until the goods/or services are paid for in full.

NOTE: ACCEPTANCE OF THESE GOODS AND/OR SERVICES MEANS A BINDING AGREEMENT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
